AISI CA 6-NM steel / EN 1.4313 / 05Х13Н4М
Today, the industry uses a wide variety of stainless steel grades, which differ in their operating parameters and characteristics. The proposed alloy 1.4313 is intended for use in the widest temperature range from -60°С to +300°С.
Stainless steel metal of this type is the closest analogue of the popular grade 1.4024, however, the presence of an increased concentration of chromium, nickel and molybdenum in the composition cause better resistance to corrosion processes, as well as resistance to acid and alkaline media.
Features
Steel grades 1.4313 differ in different corrosion resistance indicators for different types of surface. Polished workpieces better resist corrosion, which must be taken into account when using steel in industry and production.
Applications
Steel is in demand in the petrochemical and gas industries, as well as in medicine, construction, mechanical engineering, and shipbuilding. Good ductility allows you to give any shape to finished products, and ease of processing and the possibility of welding in various ways expands the scope of the alloy.
