Miilux wear steel Especially strong wear-resistant steel brand Miilux, from ordinary types of structural steels, is significantly higher wear resistance. It is used when it is necessary to reduce the dead weight of the equipment, while maintaining resistance to abrasion and deformation due to mechanical influences. Key features Miilux wear-resistant high-strength steel is produced in standard sheets, 2450 x 6000 millimeters, or to order, but with a maximum width of 2500 and a length of 6000 millimeters. The thickness of the supplied rolled products is: – grades 400 – from 5 to 120 millimeters; – grade 450 – from 6 to 70 millimeters; – 500 marks – from 5 to 70 millimeters. 20 to 40 mm, only available as ready-to-assemble elements. Suitable for bolt-on products and both work surfaces. Applications Miilux products are successfully used in the production of excavator buckets, edge plates, linings, screens and other elements of crushing equipment , bodies of dump trucks working with crushed stone and stone, working tools of construction equipment.
