2112 / M600-50A electrical steel

2112 electrical steel is a sulfur alloy containing up to 0.8% silicon and up to 99% gland. Otherwise, the chemical composition of the material is not regulated by existing standards.
Special properties
Electrotechnical sheet grade 2112 is distinguished by improved electromagnetic properties due to the introduction of silicon, which allows oxygen to be removed from the material, which reduces the magnetic properties of iron.
Steel is produced in a heat-treated state for magnetic characteristics and without a special coating. At the same time, at the request of the customer, it is possible to buy a sheet of metal without heat treatment.
There are special requirements for the surface of the product. It should be smooth, free of rust and scale exfoliation, crumpling, powder deposits that do not contribute to the application of insulation.
Applications
Cold-rolled steel sheet from alloy 2112 is used in the production of elements of magnetic circuits of electric machines, instruments and other equipment.
Deliveries of products are carried out in the form of a sheet, rolled steel and cut strip. Accuracy of rolled products in terms of thickness and width corresponds to normal and increased accuracy classes.
