Steel 1.4410 / 03X24H6AM3
Super duplex steel 1.4410 is a quality raw material with the highest mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. Products made from such alloys are characterized by increased wear resistance and are practically not amenable to general, crevice or pitting corrosion.
For this reason, the most demanded product for the needs of industry is produced from raw materials: seamless steel pipe, which is used in the oil industry and gas transportation system. In addition, steel flanges are produced from steel, the durability of which is almost twice as high as that of analogues.
Features
Stainless steel grade 1.4410 is a ferritic-austenitic alloy, which includes iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, silicon, molybdenum, copper. The alloy is well processed and easy to weld. Increased strength has made it possible to use steel in structures in which it is necessary to minimize the total weight of the structure.
This type of seamless alloy pipe performs well when used in acidic and corrosive environments, which makes it possible to use this products for transportation of highly corrosive liquids.
Purpose and applications
Steel of this type is used for the production of high pressure tanks and pipelines, oil pipelines, chemical waste storage tanks, heat exchangers. In addition, steel is in demand in the food industry and in medicine.
