Alloy 80НХС

Precision magnetically soft alloy 80НХС, with a prevailing content of nickel, up to 81.5%, as well as chromium, up to 3%, and iron, up to 16.7%. A distinctive feature of the material is its high magnetic permeability in weak fields, with saturation induction from 0.67 to 0.75 Tesla.
Special properties
After heat treatment, with heating up to 600 degrees, followed by cooling, the metal alloy may slightly change its original characteristics, depending on climatic conditions.
The material is difficult to weld. The welding process requires preliminary preparation.
Alloy 80НХС is sold in the form of a circle, a sheet, a wire, a tape and a pipe.
Applications
