Galvanizing methods

If a person sees an advertisement on TV that says that the body of the car being sold is covered with zinc, then you should not immediately believe this information. Perhaps it is just qualitatively painted and nothing more.

There is another method of applying zinc to the surface of the body. It does not require expensive chemical or physical processing. Here it turns out that a layer of zinc paint is applied to a pre-prepared metal. In fact, it turns out the most ordinary car painting, but at the same time it will be of the highest quality, and the ability to protect the body for many years from a wide variety of troubles. It is this method that has become the most widely used in recent years due to its simplicity and low cost. In the production of cheap mass models, it is very relevant. Many manufacturers may claim that the body of their car is fully galvanized, but in fact this is not the case. It’s just covered in paint. However, this does not mean that this coating is not of high quality. It also helps protect the body from corrosion.
