It includes:

Sheet bender (bending machine) – a device designed for the manufacture of profiles from thin sheet metal by cold bending.

Roofing machines are designed for the production of seam roofing with a double seam from rolled material. Most models of machines allow you to make a roof directly on the object.

Rollers (three-roll sheet bender) – a machine designed to give a flat metal sheet a cylindrical shape.
Rollers are characterized by the thickness of the processed material, working length. The minimum diameter that can be bent on the machine is determined by the diameter of the working shaft.
For processing metal with a thickness of more than 1.2 mm, machines with an electric drive of bending shafts are usually used.

Zigovochny machines (zig-machines) are intended for processing of an edge of a metal sheet. The type of flanging obtained depends on the shape of the interchangeable beading rollers.
Zig machines are characterized by the thickness of the material being processed, the depth of feed, and the type of drive. Scope of application of zigovochny machines – production of drainage systems, ventilation systems, production of shaped products.
